Director of Impact for the 2 Gen work of United Way of Dane County. In his current role, Sheldon oversees a portfolio of investments and programs across the county designed to end poverty for children under five and their families. Before joining the team at United Way, Sheldon worked as an educator and in executive roles at other non-profits.
