PaulaDrew is the Co-Director of the Wisconsin Early Education Shared Services Network(WEESSN) at the WisconsinEarly Childhood Association. She brings to this role a strong academic background with a focus on the intersection of early educator wellbeing and quality care for children. She has over 20 years of experiential background in center-based care and education including as an early educator and executive director of a preschool in Madison, WI.
